How to Join Friends’ World in Genshin Impact?

How to Unlock Multiplayer and Co-Op Game Modes?
Until you reach Adventure Rank 16, you must play alone to unlock Multiplayer and Co-Op modes. Rank 16 can be achieved in several ways, including:
- Clearing the Main Archon Quests in the Prologue.
In order to complete the main quests, you must visit the city of Monstadt first. After clearing three wind temples around the city, you’ll find yourself clearing three more. EXP rewards you for completing main quests, and the more you get, the sooner you can play with others.
- Visit the Adventurer’s Guild in Monstadt.
As soon as you gain access to the Adventurer Handbook, you will be able to start earning EXP. When you start exploring, the Experience tab in the Handbook gives you plenty of Adventure Rank EXP. EXP can be earned by cooking, opening chests, and activating waypoints.
- Explore the Overworld.
You can earn a lot of EXP this way since there is a lot of ground to cover. Your map will be expanded by waypoints, chests, dungeons, and Statues of the Seven. You have a lot of adventures ahead of you, so take your time.
- Daily Missions at Rank 12.

- Make friends with someone you want to play with.
- Please select the Join Request option.
- You can start playing with your friends if you are accepted.

- Co-Op mode can be selected from the menu.
- Select My Multiplayer from the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- You can either allow direct joining or allow joining after approval.
- Be patient and wait for a friend to join you.
Alternatively, you can reject all join requests if you prefer to play alone. In order to focus on main quests, you might want to turn on direct join requests, since anyone can join at any time.
Multiplayer Not Working

- One Player Isn’t Adventure Rank 16.

Bad internet connections can sometimes prevent players from playing Co-Op Mode. Smooth gameplay requires a strong connection from the host. Chances are if you know someone with terrible Internet, they won’t be able to host properly.
- Bugs.
Occasionally, the problems aren’t your fault, but the game is making life difficult for you. This blog post describes how a Genshin Impact player had a strange bug that prevented Co-Op play. After a lot of help from the developers, it was fixed.

Multiplayer Restrictions in Genshin Impact
